Welcome to Betasaurus. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, communication, and master digital services. By accessing our platform or engaging with our staff, you agree to be bound by these clauses. If you disagree, please refrain from using our system.
1Services Provided
Betasaurus offers creative, branding, website development, advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and performance marketing retainer services. All services are subject to customized proposals and signed master agreements.
2Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, visuals, logos, codebases, strategies, and related collateral produced by Betasaurus remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred by a signed release agreement. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to utilize assets upon full billing clearance.
3Payments & Pricing Schedules
All project costs are quoted in master scopes or proposals. Standard projects are invoiced on a 50% advance and 50% project delivery milestone cycle. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue. Overdue accounts may cause delays or temporary retainer suspension.
4Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the highly bespoke, labor-intensive creative nature of digital campaigns and software setups, refunds are not provided once development work or ad account structure has commenced. Project cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to billing for work completed up to that date.
5Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide clean branding materials, product descriptions, feedback logs, and ad network access in a timely manner. Delays in standard assets supply will naturally extend project release dates.
6Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or difference shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
